well constructed, all parts present and cut well. Make sure you have another larger leather sewing needle! the one provided was too small for my hands. And consider buying a lacing hole-making tool like, https://www.amazon.com/Aiskaer-Diamond-Lacing-Stitching-Leather/dp/B014549SNG/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=leather+lacing+tool&qid=1604076630&sr=8-6 it makes it a LOT easier to run the stitches. the thimble provided works ok, but you would be better off with a regular sewing thimble.
