I've been a fan of Colman's mustard for decades. In the SF Bay Area it has become pretty pricy. (Often $8+/- for a 4oz can - when you can even find it.) This arrived quickly and was fresh. The dry powder allows me to make just the right amount for the entre or number of guests. I no longer have to ration it out and can use it freely again.Culinary tip: I love coating one side of the bread/bun with (wet) Colman's and the other side with one of my favorite BBQ sauces. As Guy would say, it gives a "tang". This works for burgers, sausages with peppers, chicken breast sandwiches, etc. Try this, it WORKS!
