I have been extremely skinny my entire life and struggling with gut dysbiosis for more a few years now from candida and bacterial overgrowth. I even feel noticeably less depressed, my mood has improved drastically, and it's easier to fall asleep at night. The dr weight me at 94lbs the day before my Vega powder arrived, so I am incredibly eager to see how much I weigh next time.I personally am not particular about whether the protein is plant or animal based. I've tried plant based protein powders that made me feel just as icky as animal protein powders.
