Especially around my menstrual cycle. I notice a difference within a couple days of taking it!This is the 3rd time I order this product. I noticed a change in energy and also I noticed a change in my arms hair. It became thinner. the second time I ordered another brand which was less expensive. I didn't work for me at all. No energy and I noticed the hair thicker. I finished the second container because I had already bought it. but didn't feel any improvement. this is going to be the third container from this brand but I feel a lot of improvement specially in energy. I do recommend it.I took two scoops a day, once in the morning and once at night for 8 months. I did this in efforts to relieve my terrible anxiety and OCD. I also suffer from extreme mood swings and was hoping it may help with that too. Well, at this dose it didn't seem to do much for these things. The two scoop dose was recommended by an ND. I feel like if I wasn't taking other expensive supplements, then I would have experimented with taking three scoops a day. Right now, it's just not feasible for me to do so.Waiting to see a difference but after two weeks nothing yet...Much more soluble then other inositol supplements I've tried. I'm very happy with the quality.I ordered this to help with my anxiety. Sure enough. A teaspoon mixed with water has had an effect that calms my nerves down a few notches.Gave me bad headaches
