I love that this isn't flavored so I can mix it with stuff other than coffee. It blends fairly well, I give it 4/5 stars for that BUT I was not using a blender bottle or blender to mix it. Just a spoon or a fork. So if you use better gadgets, it will probably blend perfectly. It does the trick. I am not hungry for several hours after having this with coffee or tea with either a little half and half or heavy cream and that's my breakfast. It helps me stick to keto and in ketosis and makes it easier to do so - I hate making breakfast and don't even like to eat it very often so this is a good alternative to that. I'll be buying it again.I have been using this product the past few weeks in my coffee. It does not dissolve by mixing with a spoon, I have been using a milk frother to blend it and it dissolves great that way. It is tasteless and has helped me curb my appetite, which I was not expecting. I would purchase again.I knocked it down a star because of the clumping but this is a great option for low point (weight watchers) or when you are doing keto. It curbed my hunger. It didn't have a taste but I still blended it in my coffee and smoothies/shakes.I tried the unflavored and it was good, I used only in coffee, but would like to try the flavored next time. I did manage to skip mid morning snacks with it, and it seemed to help a bit with energy. Not so much a negative as just an extra step, but you have to mix it using a blender, it does make it frothy and actually made my coffee taste better that way. The price is a little high for creamer but it does do a lot more so that's why the 5 star rating.Like the product but didn't dissolve in a hot coffee. Didn't have no flavor at all. I have more energy since that day i started drinking with my coffe.The flavor of the creamer is good.I could mix it with a drink by itself or mix it with liquid creamer and it didn’t make it taste nasty. The liquid creamers I used was coconut, vanilla, Fruity pebble and almond milk. It’s best to mix it with a coffee mixer stick because the texture of it didn’t mix fast with a spoon or it could be that my coffee wasn’t hot enough. I also used this in my shakes because I liked the light flavor.This creamer is delicious but it doesnt blend well you have to stir for a long timeI definitely recommend a blender when using the creamer. The flavor is tasty and good.
