This is a lifesaver for me that I have had chronic sore throat for 3 years and I was getting antibiotics at one point every 2 months! The ENT specialist told me that he sees this condition a lot in his patients and he sent me home with a spray for my nose and anti acid for my stomach (I had told him that I don't have acid reflux). I also take Andrographis when I start feeling a sore throat coming and I gargle with warm water and salt. I mix the content of one packet in a little bit of water and I gargle with it so that it can touch my throat. It soothes and destroys the virus/bacteria in it and it works immediately!Flavor and tasteAmazing product but DO NOT dump into your mouth, put in water or sprinkle over food but do not dump this in your your mouth. I poured mine down the back of my throat by accident and it burned.Doesn’t taste bad as expected. Surprisingly it’s pretty good.I ordered this in September 2022.
